Plan Benefit Highlights: A quality short term policy with several deductible and coinsurance options. Humana does cover some preventive care services including child wellness services from birth through age 5 - without the deductible applied, Pap smears, mammograms - age 35 and older and prostate screenings - age 40 and over after the deductible.
